Shipping/Return Policy
Where do you ship?
Right now, we ship within the United States. As we grow, we hope to expand to more regions.
Made-to-order production
All of our shirts and crewnecks are printed on demand. That means your item is made just for you when you place your order.
Production time: usually 2–5 business days
Shipping time (U.S.): typically 3–7 business days after fulfillment
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days total, but this can vary during holidays or carrier delays.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. You’ll see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
Order tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.
If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please:
Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation.
Check with neighbors, household members, or your leasing office.
If it still cannot be located, contact us at whereverwewalkco@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are printed on demand, we don’t carry inventory. However, we do want you to be confident in what you wear, and we’ll always work with you if there’s an issue.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at whereverwewalkco@gmail.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (full garment + close-up).
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Size exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we cannot guarantee size exchanges for every order. That said, we understand fit matters.
If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If we’re able to help with a size exchange:
You may be responsible for return shipping and/or a small reprint fee.
We’ll confirm the details with you before proceeding.

Change-of-mind returns
We do not typically accept returns for:
Change of mind
Disliking the color or design after printing
Normal wear and tear
Each piece is printed specifically for your order, so we encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully and double-check your size.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Items with strong odors, stains, or signs of heavy wear
Any item returned outside the stated time windows
